Who Is Justin Hill?

There are many words to describe “what” Justin does. Speaker, leader, author, coach, consultant, visionary, and entrepreneur are a few. But it’s how he does it that matters. He has made it his life’s work to encourage, inspire, and empower people the world over. Whether coaching business owners, CEOs, community and other leaders, or working with Grammy, Emmy, Tony, CMA, and Oscar Award-winning talent, Justin reminds us over and over that “people matter”. He tells us “There is a lot of professional advice available out there, but most of it doesn’t come from someone who truly cares about you.” 

Raised on a small farm in rural Iowa, Justin used talent, grit, and determination to become a sought-after professional in the entertainment industry in his 20s, then an executive at a technology company in his early 30s, to building and selling a marketing & media company by 40, and now a successful real estate developer and consultant.  

His wife, Billboard Charting Recording Artist,Diana Upton-Hill, remains his truest love and business partner in all things. Together the couple has a son, Maverick Gabriel.
